First paper down! I think the M487 paper was roughly OK except for this qeustion whereby they asked why the clear portion of the egg turns white when cooked. They gave the egg composition as clues so I guess it should be due to the denaturation and protein unfolding casuing it to change the transparency level of the mixture as unfolded protein becomes no longer soluble.
Now I am studying hard for my M495 and M463 paper. More anxious to get over it with the M463 paper. Since after my Fluids Engineering paper, I will be kind of free!
We had a small celebration for Huifen's birthday at Jurong Point yesterday and it was also Weizhu's last paper so she actually completes her final exam in NTU already....... actually I don't think its just her, some others have completed their exams too! But I just started, haiz!
